To try to find and fix the problem, follow these steps to try to install SP1 again.

Download and run the System Update Readiness Tool

• Select the link in the table that corresponds to the version of Windows running on your computer.

• On the Microsoft Download Center page, select a language, and then select Download. It may take a few minutes to download and install the tool.
